A big weekend for the D family. Its so amazing that Claire is one-that our lives have changed so drastically in one short year, and the most incredible little person influences us every day. For her birthday Grandma and Grandpa Swanson and some wonderful friends were with us. Claire loved having soem more kids around-Audrey and Mason and Beaux were her favorite treats!
Those must be for me!!
